Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do!  

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all US orders over $50. Not quite at $50? Add a sticker to your order! 

When will I get my order?
All of our offerings are made to order. On average, it takes approximately 2-7 business days to process and fulfill. After that, shipping time will vary depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout and where you are located.  Typically, shipping can take up to 7 days.

Where do Hey Birdie products come from?
All Hey Birdie products are designed in Marin, California. All products are then printed and shipped out by our drop shippers in the USA and Europe. Often times, items may arrive in separate shipments. If you have questions about the hows and whys of this, please reach out!

Orders

Can I change the shipping address?
If you contact us immediately after you place the order, we can change the address.  Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, but only if your order has not begun printing and/or shipped. 

Exchanges & Returns

Do you accept exchanges/returns?
Since all items are made to order, all sales are final.  If there are any quality issues with your items, please contact us within 3 days/72 hours of receiving the item and we'll be more than happy to refund you upon return receipt and verification.

If your package is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We are not responsible for orders once they are marked delivered.

International Orders

Customs Delays
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery. It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. Neither the shipping carrier nor Hey Birdie have control over the customs procedure. 

What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes?
Customs charges may apply depending on your country. International shipments are subject to customs duties and may vary depending on your destination country, order value, country limits and other factors. This fee is your responsibility.
